Review: After being a customer for several years it’s hard to put into words my disappointment with my recent experience with this company. We had a service call and the tech came out and we verbally approved some work that we were promised would be properly itemized on the invoice. It was not and now the company is trying to charge us again for work that was improperly performed in the first place. It’s only been a few days since the work was performed so clearly it wasn’t done properly. You can find companies with better service and integrity so I suggest you look elsewhere.

Review: I have had three people come out here representing this company (inspection, emergency repair, and quote for new system) and I gotta say, overall I am very unhappy.The only guy who was respectful and qualified was the emergency tech, Richard, he was awesome. The ladies in the office seem nice as well.Unfortunately, the other two people really ruined this company for me. Never using these people again and I recommend you all to think twice before dealing with this company. Customer service and communication skills are so important…..

Review: I ordinarily don’t leave bad reviews, but THIS one is warranted. A Gee technician and his apprentice came out in May, to service our system. At the end of the service call, he showed me pictures of black mold in the coil area, and told me that they could install a UV light, for $1500! I told him I would have to think about it. He made it sound like it was crucial to immediately take care of this issue. After he left, I started receiving emails and texts, reminding me to get ahead of the mold problem. My neighbor happens to be a regional service manager for LG (their commercial HVAC division), and he just came over and inspected my system. He told me, ‘I don’t know where that guy came up with those pictures, because there’s no signs of any mold in your system’. He showed me the video he took, and the coils are clean! For this reason, plus the system shut-down exactly one month after the tech had been here (It turns out the line was clogged, and the pan was full of water).The shut-down happened on a Friday, so we were without AC until the following Monday, and it was a hot weekend (with temps in the 90s). Our two dogs suffered tremendously, not to mention us. Gee charged us $200 to clean the line. I didn’t mind the fee, so much as the fact that the original tech should have automatically checked the line on the service call. Gee has lost all credibility with me, and lost me as a customer.

Review: I would like to take this opportunity to share with the public my experience with Andy Lewis/Hobson Heating &Air.I have dealt with a fair number of companies in this field. I have never had such a pleasurable experience. Their pricing is excellent, but most importantly they back their work. They have the most experienced technicians and service people. What adds to this experience for me is that I relied on them and they did everything that needed to be done and MORE!!!
