Review: Terrible service. Don’t recommend. Used them for years. And when I needed them during an emergency they overcharged me for services and still didn’t fix the furnace. Said they would write off the balance if I bought from them but I didn’t because I found the exact same furnace for $2,000 less. So now they are charging me $450 for coming to my house to misdiagnose 3 times. Thank you central. I will never recommend your services again. You can not say I’m not your customer to get out of a bad review. I reported it to the BBB also.

Review: Central installed 2 of our systems and we have been using them since 2010 for maintenance. They have honored their warranty and fixed many issues that have arisen over the years. Alvin came yesterday for the fall checkup and was prompt, courteous, and friendly. After he finished, he made sure to explain everything he checked and let me know that things are working well. Very thankful to him and Central for keeping our systems running all these years!
