Review: We’ve been customers for around 15 years for our furnace and air conditioner maintenance. The technicians have been varying degrees of professional over the years. Some have clearly been very experienced but others not as much. We had a new furnace installed by a team that were clearly extremely experienced. I was glad of that. We’ve had several technicians over the years that I asked to come out for future services but they always seem to leave after a couple years and then I have to find somebody new. I’m a little upset because my most recent technician that I was comfortable with no longer services homes. I’m also a little bit upset because I recently was encouraged to use them for plumbing and electrical when the technician was here to look at my furnace. I didn’t appreciate that at all. Years ago one of their technicians tried to sell me on replacing the vapor barrier plastic in my basement as a private job. Another one knowingly installed the wrong size air filter in my furnace and just pulled it up to the front to make it look like it was large enough. It started rattling after he left and they had to send a senior tech in after him to redo his service appointment and put in the right size filter. They always make it right but I wish everyone they sent out was equally well qualified. To be honest I’m always a little nervous when they send someone out because even though I asked for only senior technicians I’m not sure that’s what I’m being given. We’ve bought a multi-year maintenance policy with them which is why we keep having them out. I would love some feedback from the owner of the company on what they are doing to ensure everyone they send out provides the same high level of service.

Review: Dalton came out and troubleshot the system. A fitting was broken likely associated with the freezing temps lately. Dalton had the part, tools, and most importantly a thorough knowledge. He provided SUPERB customer service and willingness to answer several questions I had, as well as helping me get the app connected to my water purification system. I get a call to schedule and the tech identifies himself by company and by name to arrange a date and time.I get a thorough report for the visit along with any recommendations for repairs or upgrades.I’ve been happy with the service and the techs who come out.
