Review: Duncan Heating and Air Services are wonderful. We had a failing heat pump during the coldest days of the year. I called and spoke to Cathy and Duncan came out promptly for a service call. Unfortunately, our unit and house had bigger issues. The service technician, Jeff explained all of our issues to us and answered all of my questions. I ended up needing a new unit and some ductwork done. Within a week our new unit was installed by Mike and his guys. I couldn’t be happier or WARMER!! I would highly recommend Duncan Heating and Air to anyone if you want an honest company and fantastic people to deal with.

Review: Not just great service, but GREAT People!At 6:30 PM on a frigid Friday evening in January, our dual-fuel heater died. Believe it or not, I immediately called Duncan Heating & Air and someone (Kathy) answered the phone!! She arranged for a technician to come to our house the next day (Saturday) even though they are officially closed that day. Jeff came to our house and gave us the diagnosis: Our 20-year-old system could either be repaired or replaced. He explained our options very clearly. We chose to replace our system due to its age. Because this was our main source of heat (and because of the cold temperatures — low 20’s at night!), Duncan Heating & Air worked hard to get our new system ordered and installed. During the 4 days we were without heat, they even offered to provide us with heaters (we had some space heaters, so we didn’t need theirs). On the BIG DAY when the unit was installed, they stayed late (until 8:00PM) to get the job done. They were prompt, professional, and they left the furnace room spotless after they were finished.I cannot say enough good things about this company. Not only do they do great work – they also have great customer service. It is rare these days to find a company that really cares about their customers. As long as we live here, we will always use Duncan Heating & Air – they have earned our trust and loyalty.

He thoroughly examined my a/c and furnace. He provided very clear and honest analysis of the issue. He resolved my issue and said there was not a need to replace the system.
