Review: This review may be longer than most, but I just have to share my story and the experience I’ve had with this company.Unfortunately, like most things we had the unplanned pleasure of having to replace our package unit at our home. Unfortunately, something that had to be financed, we called reliable they came out inspected our home gave us a quote and got the ball rolling. The technicians came out were very prompt and did the install. There were a few things lost in communication, which is OK that happens. I never expect perfect but communication and honesty and we got pretty much both from everyone so far in this company. A few weeks or so the cold weather hit and we realized we were not getting any heat. Reliable sent a technician out. He told us heat strips were not working and not enough static pressure for our unit. We are still working on getting returns corrected. They sent 2 different electricians out. Both times saying issue was fixed. We finally had heat but our electrical panel started making weird sounds.We found out there were something more wrong that was not brought to our attention during the initial install. Reliable sent a 3rd electrician out named Robert, who was extremely friendly, patient and knowledgeable, Came to inspect. He let us know basically the electrical panel needed replaced. We bought our home 8 years ago, I really didn’t know anything about the electrical panel. The house was inspected before we bought it as far as we knew everything was OK and we’ve had no problems before this time.Robert let us know this would be about $4000 to replace. This worried me because I didn’t have that kind of money at this time and we had just financed the package unit was not sure what we were going to do. The next day I called the office a few times to speak to a couple of the managers to see If we could possibly figure out a way again, maybe for me to finance this as well. I’ll tell you as I write this. I still feel guilty,because without even asking a question a young lady by the name of Vandy in their office told me “do not worry about it we are getting it taken care of. They will be out the next day to get it fixed“ I’m not the type of person that looks for anything free or tries to get over on anybody and this was not expected. Yes I was a little concerned because I had no clue how I was going to come up with another $4000 to replace our electrical Panel. Had I knew when they did the initial install that this needed done. I would’ve gladly added that to the cost and had it all done and paid for it. Mr. Robert was at my house the next morning at 7 o’clock, measuring our panel and had it replaced by the end of the day.I will never ever be able to say thank you enough to this company. They did not have to do that. Just like so many others this day and age I work long hard hour just trying to get by and to support my family. I have a daughter getting ready to leave for college as well. They didn’t even bat and eye at helping us no questions asked. Again nobody or nothing is perfect. I don’t look for perfect and nobody else should Either. Honesty, integrity, and reliability those three things go a long way and to me and my family this company exemplifies all three of those. Thank you again. We are completely grateful for what you’ve done for us and look forward to doing business with them again in the future.
