Review: I am extremely pleased with Bill and the folks at Southern Air Pros for their responsiveness, professionalism, and work quality in replacing my new A/C unit. Communications was never a problem as we had to adjust schedules a couple of times. I will likely have to replace another unit soon and I’ll not hesitate to call them back to do the same great job as they have just done. Highly recommended.

Review: Pros: They came out on short notice to fix our clogged pipe on our unit in the attic.Cons: They’re the only company (out of 4 companies I called) that did NOT include their service fee (in this case, $98) INTO the cost of the repair(s). I spoke to 3 other companies who would include their service fee into the cost of the repair. So I ended up paying $314 Total. The $98 service fee IN ADDITION to $216, for the fellow to take 15 minutes to unclog a 1 inch pipe.Lastly, on his way out the door, he said “we offer a yearly maintenance plan for $260, which comes with 2 visits, and unclogging pipes like I just did, is included in those 2 inspections.”My response: “Oh great, thank you for letting me know! So instead of paying you $314 now, can I just pay $260 for a maintenance program for this year, and you can record this visit as the 1st visit of 2?”His reply: “…Sorry we can’t do that”This was simply a foolish thing to say. Why would you tell a customer that? I’m puzzled… He ended having his boss send me a 1 year program with a $100 coupon… Why? Probably because they were embarrassed that this dialogue took place in our foyer.Conclusion: Would I call them back again?If I needed a visit on short notice: YES.If I had time on my side and could source a better value: NO.Notes: The technician was very friendly and respectful (covered his shoes upon entry, etc) and was very knowledgeable. Always a plus.
