Review: We needed our gas furnace serviced, and we inquired on the Wall website about availability, as it was starting to get cold and with the furnace not working we didn’t have heat. A representative reached out within 24 hours and followed up a few times (I’m a business owner and am sometimes slow to respond to texts). They got me scheduled in quickly and sent Kris to service our unit. Kris was on time, very nice, and was quickly able to repair our unit for a great price. We will definitely use Wall for any future needs we have as well as refer anyone we know to them!

Review: Kris was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to diagnose the problem to the best of his ability considering the furnace DID NOT act up while he was here, (of course!). He was very personable and didn’t rush or try to upsell unnecessary repairs. I would recommend Wall Heating and Air for any heating or cooling system repairs. I had them come out last summer to give my AC units a once over and was equally happy with them.

Review: Kris Showed up when the company said he would he got right on the job. Asked me very specific questions to troubleshoot fixed it within 10 minutes. Great guy informed me of my own warranty. He also said if there was anything else that they would be right back out. Again, it was a great technician and a great guy!

Review: Kris was quick to respond to my request about a problem I was having and getting me scheduled ASAP. When he came out to the house he was smiling and friendly and was a super nice guy. He assessed the issue and quickly found out what was going on with the AC unit.
